Every year the daffodils surprise me with their springy cheer – and every year I am so glad to have survived another coastal winter (although this one was a breeze compared to past winters). Spring is everywhere in Seaside right now. Spring-break families, blossoms on trees, flowering bulbs and lots of sun.

We only see snow on Tillamook Head once or twice a year. It’s always a treat to witness such a lovely display of coastal winter weather.
